  • Take a pan and add saffron and almond milk. Heat these ingredients on a low flame for 5 minutes. Here, you need not boil the almond milk.
  • Once the milk heats gently, add a half cup of sugar, and stir the milk until the sugar dissolves.
  • Now, you have to add the rice flour mixture (rice flour/corn flour + milk) to this hot milk. Stir continuously to prevent the formation of lumps. Cook it on a low flame while stirring.
  • You have to cook this mixture until it thickens. Once it is done properly, switch off the flame.
  • After this, add almond milk or khoya/mawa (whatever you are using) and stir it properly. Let the mixture cool completely.
  • Once it is cooled, add mango puree, sliced pistachios and mix everything well.
