  • 4in fresh turmeric or 2 teaspoons of ground turmeric
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut milk yogurt
  • 50g gluten-free oats
  • A handful of cashew 2
  • bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts, to serve

Method to Prepare:

  • First of all, if you are using fresh turmeric, then peel off the root and grate it finely.
