Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of garlic cloves 
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 4 chopped leeks
  • 1 chopped onions
  • 6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups of chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 4-5 tablespoons of dry sherry
  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, you can reduce/add as per your taste
  • Salt as per the taste
  • 2-3 pinches of powdered white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped chives

Method to Prepare:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Now, cut off the head of each garlic clove, make sure not to peel them. Drizzle some olive oil over them and place them into the oven-safe dish and cover it with a baking sheet or a lid.
