Ingredients: 

  • Eight shrimp peeled and deveined
  • Eight scallops
  • 20 mussels
  • 20 littleneck clams
  • Two cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil Chopped
  • ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 ounces white wine optional
  • ⅔ lb spaghetti or any other long spaghetti-style pasta

Method to Prepare: 

  • Clean the mussels and clams thoroughly by running cold water over them. 
  • Refrigerate clams and mussels until needed. 
  • Once you have prepared seafood, it is time for you to get your pasta ready. 
  • Get a Linguine or Spaghetti pasta and follow the instructions given on the box to cook them. 
  • Meanwhile, cook the seafood simultaneously while you are cooking the pasta.
