Method to Prepare

  • Pour some oil into a pan. Take this pan to gas and heat it over a medium flame. 
  • Once it is hot, add some mint leaves, curry leaves, ginger and fry them until the leaves are crisp.
  • Take this mixture out of the pan and let it come to room temperature. 
  • Add ½ cup of grated coconut, two chopped green chilies, and one tablespoon of Bengal gram (Chana dal) in a blender.
  • Then, add the fried leaves and ginger mixture to it.

  • Take another small pan and pour oil into it.
