  • 1/3 cup of hung curd

Method to Prepare: 

  • First of all, thoroughly wash the chicken breasts with water and pat them dry. Cut it into cubes. 
  • Let’s start the recipe by making the Achari masala.
  • Take a skillet and dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, and dry red chilies until they are slightly brown and fragrant.
  • Add some dry mango powder and make a coarse powder of them by using the blender. 
  • Now, marinating time! 
  • Take a large bowl and add Achari masala, hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, lime juice, dried methi, 1 tablespoon of mustard oil, and red chili powder and mix it well.
