  • Shredded chicken, 300gms 
  • Spaghetti, 300gms 
  • Olive oil, one teaspoon 
  • One medium onion, finely chopped
  • Two garlic cloves, minced 
  • Marinara sauce, a medium bowl
  • Italian seasoning, two teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Ricotta cheese, 200gms
  • Mozzarella cheese, 250gms 

Method to Prepare:-  

  • First of all, preheat the oven to 350F and heat oil in a skillet over medium to high heat. 
  • Now, add shredded chicken into the skillet. 
  • Once the chicken has started to brown, add onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning t the pan. 
  • Add salt and pepper to taste with Italian seasoning and cook the meat until brown and onions are tender, for about 7 to 8 minutes. 
  • Pour in marinara and let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. 
  • During this time, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. 
  • Drain and return to the hot pan and toss it with ricotta and mozzarella.
