Carrot cake donuts:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • One teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

Method to Prepare

Carrot cake donuts:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a doughnut pan with nonstick spray. Keep it aside.
  • Take a medium bowl and add flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, salt, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix well and keep aside.
  • Take a large bowl and add eggs and brown sugar to it. Combine it with a hand mixer until caramel in color. Then, add milk, oil, and vanilla and give it a good stir to combine.
  • Now, add dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients and stir until combined.
