For the Chicken:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons of onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon of each dried thyme and rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Sauce:

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon of each dried thyme and rosemary
  • 2 cups of milk, or half and half
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon of water, until smooth

Method to prepare:

  • First of all, coat the chicken with onion and garlic powder and herbs and season them generously with salt and pepper.
  • Take a large skillet and heat 1 tablespoon of oil in it over medium-high heat and cook it until the chicken is milky and no longer pink from inside.
  • Transfer chicken breasts to a plate and set them aside.
