  • One kilo Boneless Chicken
  • Less than one tsp of Fenugreek Seeds Powder
  • One tsp Mustard Powder
  • One tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Fifteen cloves or more for garlic paste
  • A cup of lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil

Method to prepare

  • Get a deep pan and fill half of it with water.
  • Let the water boil on medium-high heat and then add boneless chicken pieces.
  • Let the chicken be cooked until it turns tender. Now separate it from water and put it aside.
