  • Four bone-in pork chops

For Marinade 

  • Two whole yellow onions (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Four dried juniper berries (crushed)
  • Four cloves of garlic (roughly chopped)
  • Two teaspoons of German-style stone-ground mustard
  • Two teaspoons of smoked paprika
  • Two teaspoons of curry powder

Method to Prepare
