Ingredients 

  • 1 cup gluten-free pasta
  • One teaspoon of sunflower oil
  • Two tablespoon butter
  • One chopped onion
  • Two tablespoon cornflour
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh cream
  • Four pieces mushroom
  • One small chopped tomato
  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup of baby corn
  • One teaspoon oregano
  • One medium chopped capsicum ( green pepper)
  • 2 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 100 gm cheese- goat cheese
  • One small chopped carrot
  • One small chopped cabbage 

Method to Prepare 

  • Take a container and add water, oil, and one teaspoon of salt. Heat it on high heat. 
  • Keep stirring the water from time to time and add pasta to it. Boil the pasta for around 10 minutes on medium heat. 
  • You need to boil your pasta properly, making or breaking your recipe. So, give it some extra time, if required. 
  • Stirring is also essential as you don’t want your pasta to be stuck on the bottom of the container. Once boiled, drain the water from the pasta. 
  • Chop all the vegetables and keep them aside. Meanwhile, add butter to a pan and heat it for around 30 seconds over medium heat. 
  • Then, add onions and saute for around 2 minutes, until slightly pink. 
  • Add the chopped vegetables and saute them for about 5 minutes. 
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of cornflour into the cooked veggies and constantly stir them. 
  • Add spices such as salt, pepper, red chili flakes, milk. Let it simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes. 
  • Then, add cream and boiled pasta to the mixture and heat for 2 minutes. 
  • Sprinkle plenty of cheese and cook it for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
