Ingredients

  • 250 grams of watermelon peeled, chopped, and chilled
  • ¼ cup simple syrup
  • 15 mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 2 cups soda water
  • ice cubes as required

Method to Prepare 

  • First, cut the watermelon into big cubes. Slide them into the fridge for chilling. 
  • Now, take a bowl and add simple syrup and mint and combine them. 
  • Ensure that you muddle well for a minute as it will release all the flavors of mint leaves. 
  • Take out your chilled watermelons and place them in a blender jar. Blend until they’re very smooth.
