  • Three-fourth cup of Japanese sushi-style rice

  • 8 frozen shrimp tempura
  • 2 sheets of nori, dry seaweed
  • 2 sticks of imitation crabmeat and cut it into pieces of 1/4-inch

  • 10 ounces of frozen unagi kabayaki and cut it into strips of 2-inch

Method to Prepare:

  • Clean the rice by rinsing them in a strainer.
  • Take a saucepan and add rice and water in it and bring the water to boil. After 1 minute, reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan with a lid and cook them until rice is cooked and the entire water is absorbed completely, it will take nearly 20 minutes.
  • Then, take a small saucepan and add rice vinegar, white sugar, and salt in it. Heat these ingredients at a low heat and stir continuously until sugar dissolves or for around 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour this sugar mixture over the rice and stir well until rice becomes dry.
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Take a baking sheet and grease it with cooking spray.
  • Now, you have to put the shrimp tempura on the baking sheet.
