  • 500 gram of spinach leaves

  • 2 potatoes and finely sliced them

Method to Prepare:

  • Put the spinach leaves in the large colander and take boiled water in a kettle. Now, you have to pour this hot water over the spinach until the leaves of spinach wilted. After this, pour cold water to cool it.
  • Squeeze the water from spinach gently and keep it aside.
  • Put the grill to heat at a high temperature.
