  • 1 tsp minced rosemary
  • 3 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • Melted butter
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • A cup of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Method To Prepare:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and use melted butter to grease well the 12-cup muffin tin.
  • Slice the peeled potatoes in 1/16 to 1/8 inch thickness using a vegetable slicer and put them into a bowl to evenly add salt, black pepper, rosemary, and cayenne pepper along with drizzled butter on top.
