  • 13 papdi
  • 3 tbsp potato / aloo (boiled & chopped)
  • 3 tbsp chickpea (boiled)
  • 3 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
  • 5 tbsp curd (whisked)
  • 3 tsp green chutney
  • 3 tsp tamarind chutney
  • Pinch chili powder
  • Pinch cumin powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pinch chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp tomato (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp sev
  • 1 tsp coriander

Method to Prepare

  • Firstly, take a serving plate.
    • Add papdi to it.
    • Top it with diced potatoes and chickpea.
    • Sprinkle chopped onions.
  • Now, add sugar to the curd.
    • Whisk it well to make it smooth.
    • Drizzle it over the papdi.
  • Then, pour green chutney and tamarind chutney over it.
  • Now, sprinkle chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
  • Additionally, add 1 tablespoon of each onion and tomato.
  • Top it with more curd, green, and tamarind chutney.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of sev.
    • Garnish it with coriander.
