  • Two kilos halved & peeled Gold Potatoes
  • Five sliced Green Onions
  • 200g chopped Kale
  • Two cups Milk
  • One cup Butter
  • One cup low-fat Sour Cream
  • Half cup Radish
  • Salt

Method to Prepare

  • Take a deep pot and fill an inch of its depth with water to then add two tbsp salt for simmering with a closed lid on high flame for three or four minutes.
  • Remove the lid to add the halved potatoes to be simmered and stirred on a medium flame for twenty minutes or more until they’re mild and softer but see that they don’t become crumbling tender.
  • Remove the heat from the deep pot and take a saucepan to melt butter on medium flame and add one tbsp water along with the kale and a pinch of salt.
