For custard

  • 500 ml milk
  • ⅔ cup sugar 
  • 2 tbsp custard powder +1/4 cup cold milk

For mango pulp

  • 500gms ripe mangos

Other ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh milk
  • 1 cup small size homemade rasgulla
  • 2 tbsp almond slits
  • 2 tbsp pistachio slits
  • Mango pieces
  • Pistachio slits

Method to Prepare 

  • Take a heavy-bottomed pan and bring 500ml of milk to boil over medium heat. 
  • Then, add ⅔ cup of sugar and mix well until the sugar is dissolved completely. 
  • Now, take a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of custard powder and ¼ cup of milk. Whisk well to avoid lumps. 
  • Add this custard mixture into the pan and give it a good mix. 
  • Keep cooking the mixture on medium flame until it becomes slightly thick. Once the desired consistency is achieved, switch off the gas and keep it aside to cool. 
  • Now, take a bowl and add the homemade rasgulla by squeezing its sugar syrup. 
  • Add the slightly warm custard mixture into a bowl. Slide this bowl into the fridge for 30 minutes. 
  • Meanwhile, add 2 ripe mango pieces to a mixture jar and grind to get a smooth paste. 
  • Take another bowl and add 1 cup of fresh cream and whisk it till the cream becomes fluffy with a hand mixer. 
  • Now, add the mango pulp into the cream bowl and mix everything with a whisker. Add the custard to the mango-cream bowl and mix everything with a whisker. 
  • Add the rasgulla, almond, and pistachio slits and mix well. 
  • Slide this bowl into the refrigerator for a couple of hours. 
  • Serve it cool and enjoy!
