  • 500 gm fish fillets
  • 250 gm potato
  • One egg
  • salt as required
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • One teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • black pepper as required
  • 2 cup refined oil

Method to Prepare 

  • Begin the process by washing and peeling the potatoes. 
  • Then, cut them into fries and keep them aside in salted water. 
  • In a deep-bottomed mixing bowl, mix all-purpose flour, milk, egg, baking powder, salt, and pepper. 
  • You will get a thick batter. Keep it aside for at least 20 minutes. 
  • Gently dip the fish fillets into the prepared batter and coat them thoroughly.
