Ingredients 

  • 1 tbsp sabja seeds/basil seeds
  • ½ cup falooda sev
  • 4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ cup rooh afza / rose syrup
  • 1 cup strawberry jelly (vegetarian)
  • Two scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp tutti frutti
  • 2 tbsp nuts (chopped)
  • 2 cherry 

Method to Prepare 

  • First, pour water into a deep pan and add sugar. Add the falooda sev to it and bring it to a boil.
  • Once your sev are boiled, keep aside.
  • Now, take a tall glass and add 2 tbsp roohafza. Then, add two tablespoons of soaked sabja/basil seeds.
  • Add two tablespoons of cooked falooda sev and pour one cup of chilled milk. Give it a gentle stir.
  • Drop two tablespoons of gelly without spillage.
  • Then, scoop in vanilla ice cream and top it with tutti fruity and one teaspoon of chopped nuts.
  • Drizzle one tablespoon of roohafza and top it with cherry.
