  • 1 ½ tablespoons ghee
  • One teaspoon ginger finely chopped
  • One teaspoon garlic finely chopped
  • One teaspoon green chili finely chopped
  • 1 red onion finely chopped (medium)
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped (medium)
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • One teaspoon of red chili powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Kitchen King masala
  • One ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 5 Eggs lightly whisked
  • 2-3 tablespoons of butter
  • Two tablespoons cheese grated
  • Two tablespoons fresh coriander chopped

Method to Prepare 

  • Take a large frying pan and heat ghee in it. 
  • Now, add ginger, garlic, and green chilies to it. Stir fry it for around half a minute. 
  • Then, add chopped onions and fry them until they are translucent. 
  • After onions, add tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, kitchen king masala, and finally, salt. 
  • Fry everything for a couple of minutes until the tomatoes break down slightly. 
  • Now, add lightly whisked eggs and cook them on medium flame. 
  • Keep whisking to mix everything well with the spices. 
  • Make sure you break the egg lumps while cooking to avoid making an omelet.
