  • First of all, chop onion, basil leaves, and parsley. Peel the garlic and smash it.
  • Take a large pan and cook lentils with a pinch of salt at a medium-high flame. 
  • Once done, remove the excess water by rinsing the lentils.
  • Then, keep the flame medium and add olive oil, minced garlic, chopped onion, and hot pepper powder.
