- 2 cups Thick Curd, chilled
- 12 Almonds
- 12 Pistachios
- 10 Whole Cashews
- 4 Dried Figs/Anjeer
- Four teaspoon Sugar
- Slivered Almonds & Pistachios as needed to garnish

- Add 2 cups fresh curd, 12 almonds, 12 pistachios, 4 dry figs, and 10 whole cashews to a blender jar.
- If you are using homemade curd, remove any whey (water that usually separates from the curds) and add only the thick creamy portions.
- Next, add four teaspoons of sugar. Blend everything at high speed for 20 to 30 seconds until the curd is smooth and creamy.
