Vanilla Quinoa and Roasted Blueberry

Vanilla Quinoa and Roasted Blueberry

Required Ingredients:

• 1 cup quinoa
• 2 cups water
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups frozen blueberries
• 1 tsp melted coconut oil
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• Salt as requirement

Method to Cook:

First of all heat oven on 400o F. Another side mix quinoa, water and vanilla in a saucepan with required salt. Keep saucepan at oven for cook on medium heat and wait until liquid is absorbed.

Toss the blueberries with the coconut oil and cinnamon. Now interleave this toss on parchment lined baking sheet and roast it approximately 15 minute or till soft and bubbly. After cooked remove it in bowl.

Now your quinoa and roasted blueberry breakfast is ready to eat. If you want to serve it to someone then make decorative with few fresh blueberries, coconut, or slivered almonds if available.
