Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Half cup of granulated sugar
  • ½ cup of boiling water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 ½ cups of milk
  • ½ cup of half and a half (a blend of equal parts whole milk and light cream)
  • ¾ teaspoons vanilla extract

Method to Prepare:

  • First of all, combine the cocoa and sugar in a saucepan over a medium-high flame.
