  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 5 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • One teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Method to Prepare

  • Take a large bowl and whisk flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
