  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 boneless and skinless chicken breast and cut it into small cubes
  • 2 cups of chopped zucchini
  • 2 cups of chopped carrot
  • 1 cup of chopped cabbage
  • Half cup of peas
  • Half cup of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
  • 2 cups of cooked brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • Half cup of chopped green onions

Method to Prepare:

  • Take a large skillet and heat half tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Now, add red bell pepper and onion and cook them until they become crispier for nearly about 5-6 minutes. Next, transfer them to another bowl.
