  • 2 cup kala chana
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder/jeera powder
  • 1 tsp green chutney/hari chutney
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney/imli chutney
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp tomato (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp potato/aloo (boiled & cubed)
  • 2 tbsp cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 1 green chili (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp sev (fine)
