  • Cabbage, 250gms
  • 1 raw grated potato
  • 1 sliced onion
  • chopped coriander
  • 3 chopped green chili
  • 5-6 chopped garlic
  • chopped ginger
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chaat masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder 
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 3/4 gram flour
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

Method to Prepare

  • Take a big bowl.
    • Add cabbage, onions, and raw potatoes.
    • Then, add garlic cloves, green chilies, and ginger.
    • Then, sprinkle haldi, coriander powder, red chili powder, chili flakes, chaat masala, black pepper, garam masala, and salt.
  • Mix everything until combined.
    • Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
    • Then, add coriander.
  • Now, add rice flour or corn flour and besan.
    • Mix everything until combined.
  • Then, grease your hands.
    • Now, pinch a ball from the mixture and make kebabs.
  • Fry the kebabs in oil until golden brown.
    • Put the fried kebabs on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
    • Sprinkle chaat masala over them.
