Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 10-12 medium rose geranium leaves
  • 1 ¼ cup ripe tayberries
  • 1 ¼ cup strawberries
  • Rose geranium maple syrup
  • 1/2cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt

Method To Prepare:

  • In a saucepan combine water, rose geranium, and sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat and heat it for 10-12 minutes.
  • Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, squeezing the leaves to get all the good juice from the leaves and discard the leaves. After that, you may have around ½ cup of syrup.
  • Place the berries and 5 tablespoons of the simple syrup in the bowl of a food processor and pulse it until berries are smooth.
  • Combine buttermilk and yogurt in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth and add remaining simple syrup and whisk.
  • Fill 10 popsicles mold with 1/3 of berry puree, and then mix 1/3of the buttermilk mixture. Repeat this process until all the syrup and mixture are used.

  • 3 cups flour
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
