  • 1 1/2 cup puffed rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 chopped green chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon Deggi Chili
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup boiled, cubed, peeled potato
  • 6 tablespoon green chutney
  • 1/2 cup papdi
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 6 tablespoon Tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 cup sev

For green chutney:

  • Coriander leaves
  • Garlic
  • Green chillies
  • A little lemon juice

For date-tamarind chutney :

  • Dried dates-pureed
  • Tamarind
  • Dried powdered ginger

For garnishing 

  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 4 tablespoon roasted peanuts
  • 1 piece cut into strips of ginger
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 small chopped cucumber
  • 4 tablespoon pomegranate seeds

Method to Prepare 

  • First, let’s make green chutney. Take a blender jar and add equal quantities of coriander leaves, garlic to taste and green chillies to it. 
  • Squeeze lime juice and blend it. Your green chutney is ready. 
  • For, date-tamarind chutney, cook and puree dried dates and tamarind. Add some dried powdered ginger.
