Ingredients 

Crust

  • 2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Filling

  • 16 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces whipped topping thawed
  • 4 bananas peeled and sliced
  • 2 20 ounce cans of crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • 2 cups chopped pecans or peanuts
  • 16 ounces of maraschino cherries drained
  • Fresh lemon juice or fruit fresh to coat bananas

Method to Prepare 

  • Take a large mixing bowl and add the graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar to it. Give it a good stir until crumbs are entirely coated with butter. 
  • Then, evenly press the crust mixture into a baking pan. Slide the pan into the fridge or freezer to firm up while you work on the filling. 
  • Take another large mixing bowl and add cream cheese to it. Beat it with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth.
