Ingredients 

  • ½ kg Chicken
  • 15 Cashews
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Chat Masala Powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi Leaves 
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Method to Prepare 

  • Add cashew and yogurt to a blender jar and pulse the blender until you get a smooth puree. 
  • Now, take a bowl and add chicken, black pepper, garam masala, chat masala, ginger garlic paste, salt, lime juice, fresh cream, and Kasuri methi leaves. 
  • Let the chicken stay for two hours in the marinade. 
  • After two hours, heat the oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken pieces. Fry them until they are golden brown. 
  • Then, add the remaining marinade into the pan and add some water. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the chicken on a low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
