Oatmeal Lace Cookies
Oatmeal Lace Cookies are one of my favorite cookies for snacks that is very light and not too filling. We can make these healthy and crunchy oatmeal lace cookies at home with using only simple ingredients.
Oatmeal Lace Cookies can be one of the best option as Healthy Breakfast.
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 raw egg
- 1 & 1/2 cups thick cut rolled oats
Method To Prepare:
Step 1: First of all take a bowl and melt the unsalted butter and dark brown sugar. Now, heat your own on 325F and place in own and wait until the butter melts and the brown sugar dissolves into the liquid butter.
Step 2: Move out from oven and add all purpose flour, vanilla, and salt. Try to make very thin paste leave it at least 10 minute to cool and set aside.
Step 3: Add raw egg after liquid has cooled and mix with a fork until incorporated. Then add oats and wait until well distributed.
Step 4: This step is very difficult. So, do it smartly. First spread baking sheet in tray and make one by one circle with using a tablespoon between 2 inches space.
Step 5: After finished above step put tray in oven until the edges of the cookies start to turn dark golden brown. Then place it outside for cool and peel easily from cookie sheets with using offset spatula.
Note: Store in an airtight container for eat longer.
